Sizabantu and projects organisation ( SAPO) was established by Dr Nomasomi Bomela who is a (Psychotherapist) Mental Health Care Practitioner with the aim of facilitating positive change by providing psychotherapy, counselling, training and development and services to people going through depression, anxiety disorders, traumas, fighting substance abuse and addictions of alcohol that predispose to gender base violence. Educate the youth about HIV/AIDS while imparting working skills.
Targeted communities that are very anxious and cautious about good mental health and its issues
Well transformed targeted depressed communities including their children, women, youth, and adults.
Empowered communities will be equipped to address Mental health issues that include addictions, drug abuse, HIV/AIDS, depression and anxiety disorders
Through implementation of projects that create employment to rehabilitate people and provide transforming social talk communities and schools
The organisation is aiming at waging a war against mental health issues that include substance abuse, gender base violence, HIV/AIDS, depression and ill lifestyle through:
– Motivational Talks, Education, Training,
– Workshops, home visits
– Organising food parcels for the desperately unemployed and unable to help themselves
– Counselling, therapy and recommendation for Rehabilitation
Sizabantu and projects organisation aims at assisting and identifying mental health issues in the targeted communities and be there for them.
To encourage and develop the communities so that they are empowered to reach their fullest potential.
